Jeffry Cadorette

Jeff joined Media Real Estate Company in 1999 after a 25-year career in healthcare. He was previously President and CEO of Physical Therapy Associates of Delaware County until merging his practice with Riddle Memorial Hospital to form Riddle Rehabilitation Institute and Riddle Sports Medicine. He has a B.S. in Physical Education and a Master's in Education from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts as well as earning a post-graduate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Pennsylvania. Jeff is immediate past Chair of the Board of Managers at Rocky Run Y and served on the board for 14 years. He currently is a Board Member at the Community Action Agency of Delaware County, serves on the Board of Trustees at Tyler Arboretum and serves on the board of the Rose Tree-Media Education Foundation. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Media and a past district governor of Rotary International.

Jim Clyma

Jim has been with Media Real Estate Company for 20 years in the Commercial Division. He was born and raised in Michigan and has lived in the Media area for 43 years. He and his wife Margo have been married for 47 years and have two daughters three grandchildren. In addition to his work he enjoys travel world-wide. He has a keen interest in the study of World War II in addition to taking care of their seasonal homes in northern Michigan and at the Jersey shore.

Matthew Houck

Matthew Houck is a licensed real estate agent who has been working with Media Real Estate Company for the past several years. As an active real estate agent, investor, and developer, Matthew is well rounded in all aspects of the real estate market. He currently holds a B.A. from Widener University, an Associate Degree from the Williamson School of Mechanical Trades, and is currently in the process of completing his Masters degree from the University of Delaware.

Jim Kutys

Jim Kutys joined Media Real Estate in 2004. For 18 years he was at IA Construction Corporation in Corporate Management with extensive experience in Construction Project Management, Real Estate, Risk Management and Legal Affairs for large scale construction projects. He grew up in Springfield, Delaware County, Pa. and now resides in Glen Mills, Pa. Jim's experience, work ethic and personality have allowed him to be very successful in our Commercial Sales and Leasing Department with all aspects of Owner, Buyer, and Tenant Representation, as well as Land Acquisition and Development. His educational background includes an AS Degree in Accounting from Delaware County Community College and a BS in Business Management from Neumann College as well as numerous seminars and training courses over the years.

Jay Pollard

Jay began his real estate career in 1977 and attained his Associate Brokers license in 1981. He joined Media Real Estate Company in 1982 as Manager of the Residential Division but became increasingly interested in the commercial side of the business. He transitioned to the commercial division where his main expertise is in the industrial market. He also does significant work in the retail and office markets as well.

Blake Strine

Blake joined Media Real Estate Company in 2001. Prior to that he worked in other areas of the third-generation family business since 1995. In addition to handling various financing details in the companies portfolio of properties, he is also a member of the management team and works in the commercial division of the company. He earned his associate brokers license in 2005. Blake was born and raised Delaware County and has a B.A. from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. He was a charter member of the Crozer Young Professionals Group, where for four years he championed the cause of a new cancer center at Crozer's campus in Chester, PA. At present he devotes much of his free time to his wife and young son. He is also a real estate investor and an avid fisherman who advocates catch and release in fresh and salt water. Blake and his family reside in Middletown.

Lou Campanile

Lou has 31 years experience in residential and commercial real estate in our 4 county area. He has earned his ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Representation). He currently heads up the residential division of the company.

Josie Francis

Josie's prior experience before real estate was with the banking industry. She have been licensed in Real Estate since 1996 and has worked with Buyers and Sellers in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. In 2005 she earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) designation to better service her clients. She is an integral part of Media Real Estate's Apartment to Home Buyer and first time home buyer programs.

Ann Hatzopoulou

Ann is a 1975 graduate of Upper Darby High School. She is a second generation immigrant to our country, her father came here from Greece and passed through Ellis Island. He became a US citizen and then brought Ann here with her Mom and her brother.

She has been self employed most of her life owning various restaurants and a Bridal Shop. Ann came to Media Real Estate in 2004 in the collection department 8 months later to Leasing Manager in charge of residential rentals. Ann describes her move to Media Real Estate as the best career choice she has ever made.

Jen Rockey-Berd

Jen Rockey-Berd joined Media Real Estate in June of 2007 as a part-time Leasing Agent and quickly became full-time. Prior to joining Media Real Estate, she spent her time working in various Criminal Law and Insurance positions. Jen finds her job rewarding and really likes to take the time to help people find the right apartment. After being in the work-force for 20 years, Jen believes she has finally found a career she can enjoy for many years to come.
