William B. Strine, Sr.
President & Chief Executive Officer

Bill has been with Media Real Estate Company for over 40 years, starting his career as a new construction engineer for numerous apartment complexes and office buildings. He helped to guide the company through its significant growth in the 70s and 80s and has been CEO for the last 15 years. A registered Structural Engineer, Bill earned a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He has practiced real estate for 45 years, and held a broker's license for the last 15 years. Bill is a member of the Board of Trustees at Williamson School, the Board of Managers of Rocky Run YMCA and the Board of Directors at City Team Ministries in Chester, PA. Additionally, he is a past president of the Rotary Club of Media.

Jeffry Cadorette
Vice President, Administration and Development
Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing

Jeff joined Media Real Estate Company in 1999 after a 25-year career in healthcare. He was previously President and CEO of Physical Therapy Associates of Delaware County until merging his practice with Riddle Memorial Hospital to form Riddle Rehabilitation Institute and Riddle Sports Medicine. He has a B.S. in Physical Education and a Master's in Education from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts as well as earning a post-graduate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Pennsylvania. Jeff is immediate past Chair of the Board of Managers at Rocky Run Y and served on the board for 14 years. He currently is a Board Member at the Community Action Agency of Delaware County, serves on the Board of Trustees at Tyler Arboretum and serves on the board of the Rose Tree-Media Education Foundation. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Media and a past district governor of Rotary International.

David F. Mullin, Jr. CPA
Chief Financial Officer

David joined Media Real Estate's management team as CFO in August of 2004. Before accepting his new position, he spent ten years working in the financial and tax reporting areas of other affiliated companies within Media Real Estate. Prior to joining the Company he spent nine years in public accounting, most recently with The Elko Advisory Group. He is a CPA and earned both a BS and MST from Widener University.

David is a degreed member of The Ancient Order of Hibernians, and is active in its various charity and cultural committees. A life-long Delaware County resident, Dave currently lives in Ridley Township with his wife and three children.

Blake Strine
Commercial Realtor and Assistant Broker

Blake joined Media Real Estate Company in 2001 and has worked in the Strine family business since 1995. He's not sure if he'll work to or beyond the age of 98 at Media Real Estate, as his Grandfather has, but he likes his chances. In addition to handling various financing details for the family's portfolio of properties, he is also a member of the management team and the commercial sales team. He earned his associate brokers license in 2005.

Blake was born and raised in Delaware County and has a B.A. from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. He was a charter member of the Crozer Young Professionals Group, where for four years he championed the cause of a new cancer center at Crozer's campus in Chester, PA. At present he devotes much of his free time to his wife and one year old baby boy. In addition he is also a real estate investor and an avid fisherman who advocates catch and release in fresh and salt water. Blake and his family reside in Middletown.

Michael E. Ferguson
Director of Operations

Prior to joining Media Real Estate in 2003, Mike was the Installation Manager for Corporate Interiors; Installation Coordinator, Service Manager and Operations Manager at John Cameron & Son's; and General Manager and Installation Manager at Ventner Air Conditioning and Heating. In addition, he worked for the South Media Fire Company from 1971-1981 and 1992-1994. Mike holds a B.S. in Sociology from St. Joseph's University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Spring Garden College in Philadelphia.

Ann Hatzopoulou
Residential Leasing Manager

Ann is a 1975 graduate of Upper Darby High School. She is a second generation immigrant to our country, her father came here from Greece and passed through Ellis Island. He became a US citizen and then brought Ann here with her Mom and her brother.

She has been self employed most of her life owning various restaurants and a Bridal Shop. Ann came to Media Real Estate in 2004 in the collection department 8 months later to Leasing Manager in charge of residential rentals. Ann describes her move to Media Real Estate as the best career choice she has ever made.
